Mother/Android (R), on Hulu
IMDb; Rotten Tomatoes; Wikipedia

Chloe Grace Moretz plays a young woman named Georgia, who finds out she's pregnant shortly before she and her boyfriend, Sam, have to attend a Christmas party. While there, something happens that will later be called "the Blitz", in which all the androids in the world suddenly turn against humanity. Cut to nine months later, a very pregnant Georgia and Sam are making their way through the woods heading for Boston, a human stronghold against the androids. I don't really want to spoil any details of their journey, nor what happens after they finally reach their destination. I'll just say the movie very much does not have a happy ending.

Anyway. I can't say I care for the movie's title. I thought all the acting was fine, and the story was enough to hold my attention for nearly two hours. Barely. There is one thing I don't understand about it, but I won't get into that. So, was the movie worth watching? I couldn't possibly say. I don't mind that I did watch it, and at least I felt (barely) strongly enough about it to write a little review here. But I don't feel that I would have missed anything if I hadn't watched it.
