Batman I haven't seen enough of this series to rate.

This 1960s series was based on the comic books, of course. Batman (Adam West) is a superhero in Gotham City, along with his sidekick, Robin the Boy Wonder (Burt Ward, no relation). The show is a classic and really should be one of my favorites. But it just sort of isn't. At least not right now, because I never really got to see much of it. I hope to do so eventually, though. I'm sure I must've seen bits and pieces of it when I was younger, in say the mid-80s or so, I think. Anyway, it's a very silly, campy show. Batman is supposed to be all dark and serious and stuff, and here he's so not. But there's room for different interpretations, I suppose. (Actually, the comic book character probably didn't really get dark until the 70s or 80s, but I don't think the comics were ever this silly.) Can't think of much else to say right now, but if I ever see the show properly, I'll try to write a proper review....

There's also a movie based on the series, called Batman: The Movie.
