I don't remember this well enough to rate it.

So I guess there were only 12 episodes of this series, which surprises me. But I probably haven't seen all of them, and I don't remember any of it that well. It starred John Cleese as Basil Fawlty, who ran a hotel called Fawlty Towers, along with his wife, Sybil. There was a fairly daft Spanish waiter named Manuel, and a waitress/maid/whatever, named Polly. Polly was probably the only reasonably sane and competent person on the show. Basil himself was kind of nuts, though I seem to recall thinking his problems weren't all his fault. Some of it came from the incompetence and/or absurdity of everyone around him, including some of his regular guests and the one-off guests. And generally, the whole show was basically a comedy of errors. I'd like to see the series again sometime, but I'm not sure if I could really write a much better review, anyway. I also don't think it's exactly my kind of comedy... I'm sure I found some of it amusing and some of it just a bit painful. But whatever, it's a classic.
