Notice: At the moment, I don't have cable, though I do have satellite, with a very limited selection of channels. Some shows I'll watch online, however, which means I won't get to see them until a week or two after they first air. Other series won't be online until after the season is over, so... I can't watch them for now. Which means, for the foreseeable future I won't have a lot of shows listed here. It also means that I probably won't be watching shows on the day of the week that I have them listed in the nav frame; but then again, when I did have cable, DVR pretty much meant it was rare for me to watch stuff when it aired, anyway. The important thing is letting you know when things air, not when I watch them, obviously. (Gosh, I do drone on, don't I?)

This is just a list of series I watch (sometimes or always) that are currently airing first-run episodes. This list may also include some shows (mainly anime) that ended a long time ago, but which are airing, for me at least, for the first time ever. (I suppose I might also list some old things that are in reruns, as long as I'm watching regularly, but this will be rare.) Also bear in mind that this isn't necessarily everything I'm currently watching, just most of it.

Oh yeah, and the list at the left obviously ain't alphabetical, but rather ordered by day and time that each series airs. (If there's ever two things I watch that air at the same time- and record at least one of them to watch later- then... I guess I'll list them alphabetically.) And sometimes I may have a series listed under "whenever" instead of a specific day of the week, if it's a show I watch sporadically rather than regularly, or if it's something that isn't even consistent in its scheduling, so that I'm never entirely sure when a new episode will be airing (but which definitely does at least occasionally air a new ep).... There may also sometimes be things listed under "web." In spite of the fact that I sometimes watch TV shows online, the web heading is only for actual web series.

Well, I need to mention that for years, I had a page for new shows (in their first season), but I think now that I'm working on converting my TV section to a frames format (how very retro of me!), I'll stop keeping that page. In its stead, I at first put a

greenball next to new shows listed on this "current" page, but now I think I'll try replacing that with simply a pale green background for new shows... it bugs me a bit that I can't figure out how to get the highlight to change when mousing over those shows, but it's not a big deal... you can still see the highlight in the space beyond the span of the background, so whatevs.
