Part of the DCAU (see Batman: The Animated Series). Also known as "Superman: The Animated Series," and "The New Batman-Superman Adventures." This was a pretty good version of Superman, though not as good as Batman. (Which is because Batman is just plain cooler to begin with.) Well, a much lighter show than Batman, of course; not that it couldn't have its own kind of darkness, especially in stories involving Darkseid. Anyway, Clark Kent is a mild mannered reporter for Metropolis's Daily Planet, raised in Kansas; loves Lois Lane (who we like), friends with Jimmy Olsen. Strange visitor from another planet; hardcore believer in truth, justice, and the American Way. Super powers, fights evil. You know the story. It's a fun show, funny, decent stories, and all that. Nice. We like Lois, as I said. We also like Kara. Oh, and Mercy Graves, and Maggie Sawyer. And some guest characters like Lana Lang, Gsptlsnz, Livewire, Volcana, maybe some others, too... I wish I could think of more to say.... Well, maybe after I get the DVDs someday I'll say more.
