This girl named Trudy (played by Clara Bryant, who was also in Under Wraps) makes a video about her mentally challenged brother Eddie (Shia LaBeouf) for a contest. And as she does so she learns to appreciate him more, I guess. I dunno what else to tell you. It was alright, but I don't know that I'd want to see it again, so I'm afraid this entry isn't likely to get any more informative.
