This 2024 short film was presented by Dust in 2025.
A woman named Luna (who is apparently a widow) uses AI contact lenses to watch videos of her husband. Then she goes on a dating app and makes a date with a man named Antony. They meet at a bar, and she uses the contacts to get information about him and subjects related to their conversation. Then the contacts stop working, and she goes to the restroom to try and figure out what's wrong with them. It soon turns out the conatacs have been hacked, and she can't remove them. The hacker wants $10,000 (not pounds or euros, which I think is a bit odd, since the film is set in the UK). Luna doesn't want to pay, but the hacker has complete control of her vision. They can make her see things that aren't there, or go completely blind.
I won't spoil how the film ends, but for awhile there it's pretty horrific. The story reminded me a lot of Black Mirror, and I'd say the short is pretty much as good as many stories that appear in that anthology series. The film is definitely well made, with good acting and a chilling premise.
