This 2012 short film was presented by Dust in 2017.

A psychiatrist named Dr. Tomlin is treating a mental patient and former professor of mathematics named Ersheim, who believes there is a secret integer between three and four, which he calls "bleem." It has something to do with higher dimensions than the one we live in and perceive (or maybe I should say the three we live in; not counting time). Anyway, it's a heady concept. I'm not sure how to explain the short film, beyond that; and there's something about it that I don't want to spoil. But it's definitely interesting.
