At a grocery store in Switzerland, a young girl keeps trying to put sweets in her father's shopping basket, and he tells her to put them back. This soon leads to the two of them accidentally bumping a man and making him drop his jar of mustard, which causes a mess. When the daughter refuses to apologize, the father slaps her. This leads to a woman who sees the incident accusing the man of child abuse, which he strongly denies. Other shoppers and store employees get involved in the debate, which quickly moves on to other topics, including ethnic disputes, and the whole situation escalates and moves outside the store.

Omeleto labels it a comedy, but while I do see some darkly comic aspects to it, I'm more inclined to see it as a drama. (Though there are also some comic aspects that aren't so dark.) For the most part I found it hard to watch, but I guess it's... well, it's worth watching. And I don't know what else to say about it. Except that the kid's subtle reaction to all this at the end is kind of priceless.
