This was released theatrically in 2015, along with Cinderella, and also appears as a bonus feature on the DVD of that movie. (I didn't see it until 2018, when I got that movie on DVD.) And it's included on the "Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Films Collection."
It's set sometime after the movie Frozen. It's Anna's birthday, and Elsa has been planning the celebration for weeks. She wants to make it a perfect day for Anna, to make up for all the previous birthdays she'd missed, while shut away in her room. She leaves Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf to look after the birthday cake and decorations where the party is supposed to take place. Meanwhile, she guides Anna around Arendelle, where she has a bunch of gifts set up for her sister. Meanwhile, the two of them sing a fun song about it. However, Elsa has unexpectedly come down with a cold, and every time she sneezes... um, well, I don't want to spoil that. Let's just say things get a bit chaotic. Anyway, Anna wants Elsa to go home and rest, but Elsa is too focused on her plans. It's a very amusing and sweet little film.
