This was released online on March 29, 2017, several months before the movie Coco was released in theaters. The short is about a stray dog named Dante, who is friendly with the main character in "Coco," a boy named Miguel. I first watched it on November 17, 2019, a week after I watched "Coco" on DVD. (It wasn't until working on my review of the movie that I learned this short exists.) As far as I know, "Dante's Lunch" hasn't yet been released on any home video. Anyway, in the short film, Dante chases a bone that is mysteriously trying to stay away from him. I found the ending predictable, having seen the movie, but still it was cute.
