Here I will list any short films that I see primarily as comedy, though some of them I will link to in other sections, especially horror (because I feel that genre is most distinctly in need of pointing out whether or not any given film is meant to be comedic or not). Of course, lots of other categories have comedic films that are comedies, but that I won't list here (even if I do list some films from those categories here), just because... well, I guess because I don't want this section getting too overcrowded. (I would say it will be especially rare for me to list animated comedy films here, just because it's so common for animated films to be at least partly comedic in nature.) I should also say I'll list some things under "drama" if I think of them as dramedies (i.e., a roughly equal mix of comedy and drama, or heavier on drama than comedy), which some people might see as heavier on the comedy than I do.
