This was, apparently, originally released in 2009 as a bonus feature for Up on the iTunes release of that movie, and later on Pixar's YouTube channel (where you can still watch it for free, unlike the other streaming links I've provided here). It's also available on the Pixar Short Films Collection, volume 2, which is where I first watched it in 2023. It's not so much animation as a storyboard animatic. (Unlike most Pixar shorts, it's not CGI.)

It follows two nurses from a retirement community, George and A.J., as they try to take senior citizens to Shady Oaks. However, the seniors all plot their own unique methods of escape, inspired by Carl from the movie. It's a reasonably entertaining short, but not super memorable.
