I will include here any movies in which pirates play a significant role. It need not be a primary role in the movie's plot, but there definitely have to be pirates doing piratey things at some point. Movies that simply allude to pirates or have pirates as part of the backstory, but don't actually have pirates doing anything in the main story, don't count.
