I think I must have seen this, because I remember that in the late 90s, there was a movie like this that I saw specifically because Kevin J. O'Connor was in it, and this is the only one it could be. But the title only rings the tiniest of bells, and I don't actually remember anything about the movie. (Aside from it being a horror movie set on a ship.)
