Not really sure what to say about this category. Probably be a pretty broad spectrum, could include any number of types of things. You know, actiony, adventurey types of things.... like disaster films, crime dramas, etc. In fact there may be some things that could be considered sci-fi, fantasy, or supernatural. The sort of things I was planning on putting in the "pulp" category, but now I'm thinking I won't do that category, after all. And while most "pulp" movies could be considered "genre," they could usually also be considered period, but I think I want to leave pulp films out of the period category, so... whatever. Here they are. I'll also include pirate movies and maybe war movies (or not, we'll see), both of which could reasonably be called period pieces, being set in the past, but I'd still prefer to put them here. (And some examples of those genres could well be called pulp, I imagine.) Though some pulp films could also be adapted from comic books, so... I'd include those there instead of here.

But yeah... there'll also be movies in the action/adventure category that are not pulp or genre or period or anything like that....
