September 21
I got a card in the mail a few days ago that I waited til today to open. And I got a card from my sister today. Also, I want to say that I didn't plant a garden this year, so no fresh-grown birthday carrot, but I did eat one of my sister's baby carrots that she always has in the fridge. Later, Dad gave me some cash and Mom gave me a bag with some nuts and some chocolates and a card with a check. And Beth got me a new popcorn popper and some popcorn to pop. Meanwhile, I spent most of the day working on my website's October calendar. In the evening I watched an episode of season 2 of "His Dark Materials" and then Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, while eating some freshly popped popcorn. Also I posted Sisqo & Vitamin C's cover of September on Facebook.

Sept. 26
Went to the farm to spend the night and found a card from A&B with a check and a card from Nancy with some cash (plus a check for mowing and whatnot).

Oct. 1
I got two more cards today, with cash in both of them.
